Well...YouTube tells you that you could just copy the code that appears in next to "Embed" in the box to the right of the video you want to share and paste this onto your blog...doesn't seem to work for Blogger. So, you can sign up for YouTube, add Blog-a-licious to your account and from then on you can directly post videos by clicking on the "Share" button below any video you like. Check out my blog to see an example of a YouTube video.
Other sites like Slate make it very easy.
